This mask is super famous and you have probably already heard tons about it, but I wanted to do a little review still because this is my favorite masks right now and I think everyone should try it. I use this mask once a week to deep clean my skin. This mask gets super deep into your pores and clears everything out. I found that if I use this once a week it clears any blemishes I may have. I have dry skin so I can only use this once a week, any more would probably dry out my skin because it is a very powerful mask. I originally got this mask in the Sephora beauty box, which if you don’t already know its a box that sends you full size to sample sizes of all types of beauty products sold at Sephora. You can view it here. I used it only a couple times and knew I loved it and right away got the full size. You can get this product at Sephora and //ws-na.amazon-adsystem.com/widgets/q?ServiceVersion=20070822&OneJS=1&Operation=GetAdHtml&MarketPlace=US&source=ac&ref=tf_til&ad_type=product_link&tracking_id=fineprint101-20&marketplace=amazon®ion=US&placement=B004W75SLI&asins=B004W75SLI&linkId=c2920eecc3bd63f42a45cdd10e07fd42&show_border=false&link_opens_in_new_window=false&price_color=333333&title_color=0066C0&bg_color=FFFFFF” target=”_blank” rel=”noopener”>Amazon. Price wise ($28 for 3.4 fl. oz.) I think this is a great price for what you are getting. I have tried so many drugstore dupes but I have not found anything that works as well.
I’m back with a product review on Madam D.J. Walker Beauty Culture curl whip styling souffle. I wanted to share this product especially for girls with curly/wavy hair. First off this brand is great, they’re products work very well for smoothing frizz and hydrating. I’ve tried out a couple of there products in the past and I’ve liked them all. This so far is my favorite! This product is super easy to use, you just apply it to your hair while its wet and then blow dry it or air dry. This is a thicker cream so its best to use when your hair is wet but there is a serum that they make that does the same thing and it works well on dry hair. Price wise I think its pretty good, the product lasts a while. I got this as a sample and I’ve been using it for months and there’s still a lot left. You can view their products on the MCJW beauty culture website but they sell through Sephora and Amazon.

This week I wanted to share a basic of my summer which is.. Neutrals! ( I know… what’s new?) My shorts and top are both staple items for summer. The top is actually great all year because it pretty much goes with everything. The shorts are great because they have zippers adding a little bit of edge. These are cool because they are the perfect length to cover the booty. I paired this with another one of my all year favorite’s, this belt from Calvin Klein. Finally, I just wore black lace-up sandals to finish it off.
This week I wanted to review a brand called Adore Me, you may have heard of this brand before but they are a lingerie/swim/sleep brand and they are most known for there monthly subscription box. The way this works is every month you pick out a bra and panty set/ sleep set and they mail it to your house. However, you can skip a month if you want to. I have always shopped at Victoria secret for as long as I can remember but I wanted to change things up. I ordered 2 sets as well as a bikini set. I like how they carry many size choices ranging from 30A to triple D but I found that there weren’t many options of plainer colors that you can wear under a lot of clothes which was kind of disappointing. Although I did like how the bikinis had a large age range. For example, there were a lot of skimpier sets and a lot of conservative covering suits to fit anyone’s style. The shipping came in a good amount of time; about 3-5 days. I found the quality is equally as good as Victoria secrets bra’s and underwear. The fabric was very soft and after a couple washings, they still seemed new. The bathing suit was great! The fabric was very soft and the quality is great. This bikini is so cool, the top and bottoms cross in the front and tie in the back. If your looking for another place to buy underwear I definitely suggest Adore Me because of its great quality and the prices are great (they also have a lot of sales)

This week I wanted to share with you guys a super cool denim brand. This brand is called revice jeans and they have super unique and cool jeans. I’m personally obsessed with denim so once I found this brand I had to get a pair and try them out. This pair is called the ziggy crops, they are very fitted in the waist and looser in the legs. I got a size 25 which is my regular size for denim but if you want a looser fit in the waist I would size up. These jeans have fraying on all the seams and pockets which makes them look super cool. They are also high waisted so I paired a crop top with them and since they are very interesting I wore a plain black halter top from Brandy Melville so the eye focuses on the jeans. Finally, I wore my black slip on vans to finish the outfit off. I was super excited for this outfit because one of my friends partnered with me and took all these beautiful photo’s. You should definitely go follow her on Instagram because she posts lots of beautiful photography, her Instagram is @aqalsphoto .
I wanted to share this quick inspo with you. I love mood boards especially when I’m not having too many great outfit idea’s. I made this board based off of photos from my Pinterest which you can check out here. These are all photo which inspires me and hopefully, they will inspire you too. Enjoy!
Happy weekend! This week I chose this outfit because it’s been super hot and cold here in Chicago (it’s different every day it seems like). But for the weekends that are super hot, I’ve been loving distressed denim. I got these overall shorts recently at a thrift store. Thrifting is a great way to get some great pieces for a good price and you can also find the most interesting things that no one else will have. This specific pair of overalls though was from forever 21 originally (tag was still on). Forever 21 has a lot of overall short, skirt, etc… options so if you’re looking for a pair you may have some luck there (I’ll tag some below). For tops, I’ve seen so many creative ways to pair overalls. I especially love the off the shoulder tops and anything with cool details paired with the overalls. Crop tops are also really cute with just a little skin peeking out of the sides. For this outfit, I paired a black tank top from Brandy Melville and then, of course, my Stan Smiths from Adidas because they are the perfect weekend sneaker. Adidas makes so many stylish sneakers in many price ranges that are comfortable and cute (linked below).
Hi! I’m back with another post on gingham. This year I’ve been loving gingham but I promise I will be doing more posts on other trends, I just had to share this super cute dress with you guys. I got this dress a bit ago but it’s still in stores at express. It comes in many different colors and prints. I saw a lot of other bloggers wearing this dress and I just had to get it. I found that it looks super flattering on and slims the legs. I paired it with some black espadrilles. By the way, I’ve been wearing these espadrilles none stop since I got them and they have made it to my summer staples list! For the bag, I paired my favorite Kate Spade cross body.
Hi everyone! I’m back with a post I am super excited to share with you guys. Chicago is now warming up slowly and I’m busting out all my summer clothes but I got these shorts recently while I was in New York and I wanted to share them with you. I’d been looking for a cute pair of tie shorts that fit me for soo long and when I saw them in Express I had to pick them up. If you are more petite, I definitely suggest checking these shorts out because its always hard to find something that fits comfortably and isn’t to big on me. They also come in a bunch of colors, I got the simple white and pinky tones striped ones. To focus the outfit on the shorts I wore a black cotton tank top tucked in. To finish the outfit off I wore these totally cool platform espadrilles. They matched so well with the black and the theme of the outfit. Also, I never have talked about my jewelry before because I frequently wear the same jewelry. For the most part but my go-to necklaces are my monogram necklace from Nordstrom or my Kendra Scott necklace. For earrings it’s mostly pearls every day because you can’t go wrong with pearls. My watch is also from Cluse watches, I have the small rose gold watch.
